Characteristics and Applications
Sel Beban Model 3000 terbuat dari anulus baja atau aluminium berkekuatan tinggi, dengan pengukur regangan resistansi listrik dalam konfigurasi Jembatan Wheatstone. Sel beban dirancang terutama untuk digunakan pada tieback dan rockbolt, meskipun dapat digunakan selama uji beban tiang pancang dan untuk memantau beban pada penyangga lintas lot dan penyangga terowongan, dll. Dalam kebanyakan kasus, sel beban digunakan bersama dengan dongkrak hidrolik dan pelat bantalan.
The Model 3000 Load Cell is made from an annulus of high-strength steel or aluminum, with electrical resistance strain gauges in a Wheatstone Bridge configuration. The load cell is designed primarily for use on tiebacks and rockbolts, although they may be used during pile load tests and for monitoring loads in crosslot struts and tunnel supports, etc. In most cases, the load cells are used in conjunction with a hydraulic jack and bearing plates.
